Established in 2000, this modern vineyard lies in a scenic area of the Welsh Marches. The Romans established a fort at nearby Pentreheyling and there is always the chance of finding a long-lost coin!. It is of course illegal to take them away! Full details of the Roman site can be found at www.roman-britain.org/places/brompton.htm.|
Currently producing red, white, rose and sparkling wines, made for the vineyard by Halfpenny Green Vineyard in Staffordshire.
